Portugal-based finishing machines manufacturer Lemorau would be showcasing eight machines, including their most recent developments, at Labelexpo Europe 2019.

The machines include the MEBR+ Modular Digital Finishing Machine; the DIGI LC entry level digital printing, coating and finishing machine; the ICR3 inspection and finishing machine; the EBRM+ rotary and semi-rotary table top finishing machine; a CRM table top slitter rewinder; an automatic and manual core cutter CTA and CT, and 2 ER400 roll lifters.

Natália Lopes, marketing manager, said, “This year we doubled our investment to have the capacity to showcase a wider variety of our portfolio. We have two exciting new developments and many improvements, so we are looking forward to this Labelexpo edition.”

According to Lemorau, The MEBR+ modular digital finishing machine has been developed keeping in mind the possibility of modules to be added later on according to customer needs. The machine is equipped with servo-driven compensator system, which provides web tension control when running in semi-rotary. The one being showcased would have a flexo module added to the standard configuration.

Meanwhile, the DIGI LC, an affordable all-in-one solution to print, coat and die-cut, would also be showcased at the exhibition along with the ICR3, which is claimed to offer better working speed and quality of finished rolls with an optional video inspection system.
