The automated proofreading tool is designed for food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies to easily identify and correct inconsistencies in their packaging artworks
Software company ManageArtworks has unveiled its artificial intelligence (AI)-based automated proofreading tool, MA One, for food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies.
ManageArtworks has designed the proofreading software to support CPG companies accelerate their packaging artwork proofing process.
MA One can help companies to introduce error-free packaging artworks with minimal effort and reduce their time to market.
The software is said to be a standalone tool to proofread packaging artwork files and thus ease the proofing process. It can easily identify and correct inconsistencies in its packaging artwork.
It has features like font analysis, spell check, colour analysis, barcode analysis, layer analysis, annotation tools, text comparison, and image comparison.
ManageArtworks CEO Vilva Natarajan said: “The process of proofreading packaging artwork in the CPG industry can be a challenge due to its time-consuming and error-prone nature.
“That’s why we developed MA One, to help our customers improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce cost while maintaining regulatory standards.”
Additionally, the MA One makes it easier to share comments regarding reviews of packaging artwork. It will allow the respective designers to focus on making the required changes.
The tool provides thorough proofing reports that can be distributed to all parties involved to guarantee that everyone is on the same page.
ManageArtworks product marketing director Avinash Voodi said: “We’re excited to offer MA One to the market for free.
“We believe this tool will revolutionise the way CPG companies proofread their packaging artworks, keeping them ahead of the competition. MA One will expand to managing packaging content, artwork approvals and specifications in the near future.”
ManageArtworks is a cloud-based packaging and artwork lifecycle management system.
It helps people connect with processes across internal departments, customers, suppliers, agencies, and vendors to get products faster to the market while meeting regulatory compliance.
