UFP Packaging, an affiliate of UFP Industries, has expanded its presence in Warrens, Wisconsin, US with the opening of a new production facility.
The site includes a new 11,840ft2 production facility and a 2,400ft2 employee breakroom. With the expansion, the packaging company expects to add 12 new employment roles and make a variety of wood packaging at the new production site.
The facility now has about 40,000ft2 of manufacturing space due to this development.
The new breakroom features the custom cabinetry and design of Quest Design & Millwork, a UFP member located in Stafford, Texas.
Additionally, the site’s modern space has enough room to support the expanding UFP’s team. UFP Packaging operations director Jeremy Brach said: “We’re very excited for these additions and how they will enhance our world-class workspace for employees.
