FORT PIERCE, Florida, USA—Graph-Tech USA (GTUS) has announced a partnership agreement with Trimatt Systems, a leader in advanced process automation machinery and print solutions based in Melbourne, Australia, authorizing GTUS to sell the Trimatt Systems CardLine 7000 solution in the Americas.
The award-winning CardLine 7000 is a versatile system for the production of personalized and packaged SIM-cards, gift cards, and other packaged products.
A shared legacy in the card industry
Founded by Matt Johnson, Trimatt Systems has earned a strong reputation for its expertise in developing integrated systems that adapt to the ever-changing demands of the printing, packaging, and card production industries. Decades ago, Trimatt Systems partnered with Graph-Tech AG, a Swiss company founded in 1989 by Markus Portmann, known for its rich history of producing controllers. Portmann later founded GTUS in 2002, and the partnership with Trimatt Systems continued.
GTUS has been at the forefront of pioneering next-generation controllers, card personalization systems, and inkjet printers. The collaboration with Trimatt Engineering to market the CardLine 7000, complete with the integrated controller and eZ-Inkjet 100 printer from GTUS, aims to advance these combined technologies and redefine standards in the global card industry.
“Our collaboration with Trimatt Systems is set to revolutionize the card personalization and packaging industry in the Americas,” said Portmann. “It marks a new chapter of innovation aimed at meeting the increasing demand for advanced brand protection and security, while addressing the gap left by legacy suppliers focusing on other sectors.
“The CardLine 7000 is a proven, easy-to-operate, and affordable machine that has become the standard for card personalization and packaging, from Australasia to the Middle East, and beginning to gain traction in Europe. Trimatt has been our OEM partner in Australia for many years, and we are pleased to now offer Trimatt’s CardLine 7000 in the Americas.”
“Our partnership with GTUS, which has spanned over 30 years, has led to successful collaborations across various global markets, said Johnson. “We are confident the CardLine 7000 will develop a strong presence in the Americas through GTUS.”
